Outfly was formed in 2020 as a standalone entity, with a focus on the real estate needs and initiatives tied to the HODGE family of businesses, extending the value HODGE offers its customers in third-party logistics and material handling, with a focus on industrial.
Over time, the work found its own shape. It expanded beyond HODGE's core into new classes of operators, public-private partnerships, and community-led projects. The range outgrew the original scope, and stepping forward as a standalone brand became the natural next move.
